So I curtail the snarky comments about me being a 20hdcp with a 1i - this club does not go in my bag. I don't even play with my mp-29s unless I want to have a crappy round, and yes, I do have a 3 fairway wood and use it regularly.

I've taken it to the range a few times - it's not as bad as I thought it would be - don't get me wrong, it's not going in my bag - but when I make contact, I get 220ish out of it. Buzzes the crap out of my hands when I mis-hit though.

Used to love to carry a 1 iron. Age has sapped my swing speed.

Maybe not, but if you want your handicap to get below 20, I would highly recommend you use them.
