i think he is going to have a nice solid tournament, will he win?, maybe if his putter gets going.

Tiger's biggest issue since 2008 has been his putter. His mistake was taking one year off after his surgery from golf.

Now that break was necessary but he was cleared to putt, which he did not. I think he has since lost his putting stroke which won him all of his majors. I don't think it will ever come back to its old form...he may have it from week to week but never spot on like he was prior to 2008.

He struck the ball fantastically. Putter killed him though which isn't anything new for Tiger, or any golfer.

How many stayed up late to watch it. I did. Was tired today. Time to get some rest to get up in middle of night to watch again. Get it going Woods!

Well if he just buys one of your Orion putters, he'll win every tournament he enters, right? I mean, not even Brad Faxon could hole 9 of 10 12-footers.

I think Tiger played very well, he will regain his form with the flat stick, it is very hard to change your swing like he did, and keep the flat stick going.

Watched his second round this morning, had to get up at 4:00am. He looked good again today, the putter was much better than yesterday and his iron shots were great. Still needs to work on the driver and hitting more fairways but he is starting to play much better.

I watched the first round for his first 12 holes when they had the bonus coverage ... went to bed at midnight. Best way is to Tivo or DVR it and watch it later minus all the commercials. I DVRd the first round of the Farmers and of the 3 hours, only 2 hours was golf and the rest was fluff and commercials.

Yea, I could do that but I just like seeing it live. Something about watching it recorded that just doesn't seem the same. And usually by the time I get around to watching it I have heard the results and seen the highlights.

True ... watching it live is nice ... but if you don't look at the results during the day, it's "live" to you ... except you don't have to watch all those stupid commercials ... all the cream and none of the fat. LOL.

Couldn't agree more. Even when I watch it "live", I record it, then start it about 45 mins after it began. Then I'm not far behind, and you still miss the commercials. If I catch up, I'll watch something else for 20 mins, and go back to the DVR. Been doing this for football all season long.

So it's Tiger and the man with the sexiest name and sexiest hair in golf, Robert Rock tied for the lead with 12 other players within 4, including Rory, McDowell, and Manassero. If Tiger keeps making putts, which I think he will, he'll win, which I'd be very distraught about. I'd love to see Rory make a charge and take down Tiger and officially kick off golf's next rivalry, and the 1st real rivalry the sport has had between 2 top notch players since Norman-Faldo. Basically though, I'm rooting for anyone not named Tiger Woods tomorrow. I think he's gonna do it though, and win an actual full field tournament for the first time since November 2009 down under.

Looks as if he has spent some time on the range during the off season.
