You're doing nothing wrong yourself. You've played three 18 hole rounds and one 9 hole round IN SEASON. Every other score is outside of your club's in-season play, and those are not factored into your index calculation.

Once you get those other couple of in season 18 hole scores, you'll have a handicap.

You're not doing anything "wrong". But I DID noticed that you posted most of your scores with play dates during the "off season". You're in the Cincinnati area and I would assume that your handicap season runs from 4/1-10/31 like our's in Philadelphia. Unless all the rounds you posted were played in areas where the handicap season is different then none of these rounds will count towards handicap.

If by chance, you didn't play these rounds during the off season and just posted the play date as the day you entered the rounds then go back and edit your scores so that they have play dates within your handicap season. Then I'm sure that you'll have a handicap for the next revision date.

In order to get a handicap you need to post scores under 100 strokes otherwise where the handicap should be it will simply say "yes"

I know, nobody likes a complainer. But dammit, I have a complaint. And here goes.
Last year sometime, someone on this site complained that they were automatically charged for the next year's cost to be a member here WITHOUT their authorization. so when I read that post, I sent a message to the Mods asking for clarification on this. I actually stated that I didn't want to be automatically re-newed, that instead, when my membership here expired, I was going to go to FSGA, where my brother keeps his handicap.
I was told in a response by one of the Mods, or an Administrator here that I would NOT be charged for a renewal.
Well guess what? today I got my credit card bill and I have been charged for another year here. LISTEN UP THOSE OF YOU WHO RUN THIS SITE! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! THIS KIND OF STUFF WILL LAND YOU IN TROUBLE! YOU CAN'T GO RUNNING AROUND CHARGING PEOPLE FOR THINGS THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR.
So, like the cowboys always say, ...."I demand satisfaction" !

I didn't know they stored our CCs - I'm not sure if there was an option, but I know if there was, I un-checked the box. Only 2 sites are supposed to have my CC info - Amazon and Newegg - all others I make sure the box is unchecked. If they don't have a "don't store my info" box, I assume they are not storing my CC.

I already called my credit card company tonight and took care of it. Just beware. This issue has come up before. Promises have ben made, then broken.

your right I haven't posted a score under 100 yet but I had never even picked up a golf club before late june last year so for someone that has only been playing for 6 months (taking out for winter) I'd put my scores (and skills) against anyone playing for that amount of time. give me another year and check my scores then bet they'll be a hell of a lot better. and by the way my 100 to 118 is true scores no do overs no "that one don't count" so they may not be pretty but they're mine. can you say the same?

Yes I can. I posted the first and then quoted it so you get see that my 1st was way over the top and ment for humor not insult. We joke on the site a lot and I hope that both posts together make sense and come across as humor, not insult.

Take a look at my scoreing history and you might see we are on the some road, I just had a 12 month head start. Keep at it and the scores will drop, albiet a little at a time.

It means he's a hillbilly with no tact. But to be fair, my wife is born and raised in Nash COunty, NC. So they will grow on you over time.

Dont forget that I am from NC too.

I have to say that the biggest hillbillys that I have ever met are one state further north.
