I will be in Dallas Texas more specific in McKinney TX for Christmas and New Year and of course I would like to play some golf, Any Golf Course Recommendation? Any Hidden Gem? I'm willing to drive if it's worth it. I was there two years ago and Played The Tribute and Tour 18 and I loved both, I think I'll repeat The Tribute this year but would like to try something new. Thanks

May want to try the course by The Tribute: Old American.
Also may want to look at TPC Craig Ranch.

Thank you Hogan, I already checked Old American and I think I'll play that one, my sister lives in front of TPC Craig Ranch but I looked on their web page and couldn't find a way to schedule a Tee Time, I mean seems like a private club.

Money always talks, my friend... if you need help to get on, I can help you out.. Firewheel is a good public venue as well as Frisco Trails...

A hidden gem is Cedar Crest. Goynes told me about it and it is an old A.W. Tillinghast course that hosted the 1927 PGA that was won by Walter Hagen. Smallest greens I've ever played, but the course has tremendous character. It was in excellent shape and the price was quite good. Hidden gem for sure.

Well, I wasn't expecting to play for free, so if you can get me in would be great, just let me know how much is it and if it's worth it I'm in. Thank you very much.

Jay, I checked on Cedar Crest and definitely looks very interesting and a very good price, the only thing against it is about 50 minutes drive but I'll keep it in mind. Thank you very much.

Also try Stevens Park. One of the really charming Muny courses in the country. Nice layout and price and it has some cool greens... round, square and rectangular.
