I was wondering if one of the Mods could give me more info on clubs. There is this club with 30 people which is close to my location. It has no chairperson and most of the members aren't even posting scores. Is it worth trying to ressurect? And if so, can I change the name and the club type (public / private)? If I can, is it better to do all of that before you try to get a license from the USGA?

Any input will help.
