Can Jim Furyk close the door? The second time this year he let one slip through his hands. The US Open and now this? I would climb into a hole for months. Keegan played great golf to catch him and Jim gave it to him on a sliver platter.
Your thoughts?

He's is really grumpy like his caddy. I'm glad he's not closing and love it when the "new blood" comes in and wins.

It was my fault, I picked him in fantasy.

I agree with "new blood" but damn make them earn it, and yes he did in a way by playing good golf. But Jim still gave him 1.4 million

He definitly blew it. I have watched as much televised golf this season than anyone, and this was the biggest upset yet. Jim is usually the most consistant player. To see him blow this on the 18th hole was a HUGE surprise to me.

The 3rd shot on 18 destroyed him. Seeing him hit that shot, I knew he was toast. There's that slope back of the hole which Keegan used to setup his par putt. Instead, he tried to get cute with it and he lost the tournament. I understand that you don't wanna skull it over the green by the bleachers, but just take your medicine and have a long par putt. He said in his interview that if he gives himself a par putt, he puts way more pressure on Bradley, which is absolutely right.

I give him credit though for being a stand-up guy and talking to Feherty afterwards, and letting everyone know it was his fault, and trying to find as many positives from the week as possible. (there's a guy who wears red on every Sunday who wouldn't have done that) BUT ANYWAY it was classy none the less. I have no doubts he'll win again and rather soon. I doubt he has a major left in him, but anyone saying he's done winning needs to know what a sober life is like.

Like ByeByeBirdie said after the US Open, his 5 Hour Energy only lasted 4 hours.

Ahh...feel so bad for the guy...

I was in the grandstands on the 18th when this happened...and I feel so bad for Furyk and I really wanted to see him win...he should have walked right up to that last putt he should have made to force a playoff and sink it..like he said, he had the worst putt of the tournament...

I was really hoping that his 3rd shot would have made the green...and when his chip wasn't close...it's too bad he couldn't make the putt....

we've seen this before with him at the US Open, and at the Brittish Open too!! but congrats to Keegan, he made the putt and Furyk didn't..
