played with my Dad last weekend. we came in 8th one shot out of the money and 7 shots out of 1st. looking back I can see so many shots we let get away. It's been 3 days now and I'm still replaying some of those shots in my head, just can not let them go yet. We shot a 67 best ball ( Dad is a 6 handicap and shot an 82, I'm a 14 and shot 93, lucky for us we both did not blow up on the same holes.) and an 70 (with handicap of 10) hitting every other shot. Maybe I need to get back and just play a round just to help get that last round off my mind.

I know what how you feel. For me, a decent round helps wipe out the memory of a bad round. Good luck in playing better next time.

Nothing sucks more than losing by one.

How many of us play rounds in which we honestly can say we got every last stroke out of it? That there wasn't at least one stroke in that round somewhere that we could've saved?

In the hundreds and hundreds of rounds I've played, I can't say I've done it more than five times.
