I will be in Toronto August 10th-14th. While my wife has to work, I plan on having some fun. Our hotel is downtown.

1) Where should I play golf that is public and affordable (<$75USD)
I will have a car but I do not want to drive more than 75KM.

2) If I could only see or do three things in Toronto during that time, what should it be?

I am relying heavily on my golfers in the north so please do me right.......
