Tiger misses the cut this week further proving how important tournament repetitions are. You can't go out and play well 1 tournament a month. A Tiger fan, but his recent play is pathetic. Time truely to tell Sean Foley it isn't working. It may work for Mahan but it isn't working for Woods.
He needs to go out and play golf and quit the swing change excuses. The field is truely flying by him rapidly. |

He keeps this crap up and he won't have to worry about pre-tournament press conferences; no one will be interested.

Really? He just needs to shut up and go out and play the game and quit the BS. All these guys are playing on the same conditions and none of them say what Tiger says about grainy greens, slow greens and such. Just play the game you once dominated! Quit making excuses! |

I say we all throw down on a Hawiian Hooker and deliver her to tigers house in jupiter,
who's with me! he needs some bootay and he needs to stop thinking about his swing. He used to be about "mentally seeing his putts" now he's all about mechanics. It's time to get the old tiger back by getting his old habbits back. He needs his old mind frame and his old night life back with Julie,Loredana, Mindy,Holly, Theresa, Cougar,Rachel, Jaimee,Jamie, Joslyn, Cori & Kalika. |

TW - The only golfer that gets numerous forum topics about him when he misses a cut. If Rory or Phil or Luke or ......... miss a cut, you don't hear jack about it. THAT'S SO TRUE! TIGER! TIGER! TIGER! |

He is still #1 in scoring and #2 in total driving on tour. He just won a few weeks ago. Maybe he isn't the Tiger all of you want, but he certainly isn't done, and there are lot of Tour guys that wish they had his current game.

Tiger misses the cut this week further proving how important tournament repetitions are. You can't go out and play well 1 tournament a month. Interestingly, he used to do just that. I was amazed in years past when he'd take off 3-4 months and then come out and win his first or second tournament out. Same thing happened more often than not when he took 3-4 weeks off. No more. Are those days gone, or a symptom of Tiger the Mechanic? Who knows? |

Just stop with the golf instruction and go out and do what the old guys used to do, and that is play the game and figure it out. Right now, he needs either repetition to make Tiger the Mechanical work like Foley wants him to be, or it is going to be a tough road ahead. Just my feeling. |

He made a comment that "Whenever I made my swing feel really uncomfortable, I striped it. If I got comfortable, I hit it poorly."
I think that's a bad sign myself. Yes, a golf swing is an unnatural motion, but with practice, you should feel comfortable over the ball knowing what it's going to do. Tiger is playing golf swing, not golf. It's as simple as that. He also doesn't putt as well as he used to, so all these misses are further penalized. I'm not a Tiger fan myself, and I try to stay out of the Tiger debates...but I DO want to see him play well. The other guys on Tour probably do too. I mean, if you were going to play against Tiger, wouldn't you want to say you beat the man at his best? Rather than saying "Well I beat him, but he sucked today." Same thing if he beat YOU...you wouldn't want to say "Tiger sucked and I sucked even worse." Unfortunately, I think Tiger peaked early. I actually think he's been on the way down since before that car crash (mainly because of the knee and shaky putting of late). But when you're coming down from as high as he was, that means even your B game is dangerous. Problem is, when Tiger's just playing 'golf swing,' he's not even on his B game. Like Trevino said...dump Foley and everyone else, and go play. You're a freaking professional golfer and have been for 16 years. You should know by now where your swing needs to be, so just go out and hit some golf shots. Foley sure as hell couldn't beat Tiger...why is he telling him how to swing, especially if it's screwing him up and making him feel uncomfortable? |

I'm just going to say it. He's just not that good anymore. He did just win a few weeks back...not good compared to who? Most of the guys on tour have gone through slumps a lot longer than his, in their slumps they never came close to winning though. |

My, my how low some have set the bar for Eldrick. One win in two and a half years. Hey, Duval only missed the cut by 4 last Friday! Maybe he'll be out of his slump soon too! |
