ok for fear of beating a dead horse, i was going to post a score for a local course here and when i chose the course, none of the hole yardages or par info was there. even the slope was incorrect. has this issue been fixed yet? i see that many posts have asked about posting scores and have had errors. just wondering....

Beat that horse Marc, Maybe some day they will get this fixed, just hope we are still here to see it. If we keep beating on the horse maybe one time it will get done.

Please submit a ticket to Customer Support on the bottom left of your screen.
Let them know which course you're having issues with and it will get fixed asap. |

It's not about fixing an individual course. The problem seems to be that the information changes even after it is fixed. I posted in the website suggestions forum a few days ago regarding tees at a course being fixed last year at my request, with a scorecard scan sent in, and now they are wrong again. There are tees listed that haven't been used for about 7 years. If this site is providing USGA handicaps, then the tee info has to be correct to make the correct calculations.

There are tees listed that haven't been used for about 7 years. If this site is providing USGA handicaps, then the tee info has to be correct to make the correct calculations. All those changes made on this site appear to have been discarded during the merge with the new data base. I submitted a ticket for one course last week and it was fixed today so the system does work. I find it more than a little bothersome that this is needed at all, but it is what it is... I'm not sure where the current data came from but compared to what we had here before, it's junk! |

I see so many of my courses with no information in it. wondering what happened. I may just go back to my local site and post handicap scores and just abandon this site altogether |
