I know you've said notifications are going out and working properly, but I assure you they are not! Our chairman sent out a very important message to all members yesterday. I don't know a single person that received a notification for this message, including myself and I know my settings are correct.
This must be fixed! Our season has officially started as of today and we have no way of ensuring contact with our members. PLEASE, PLEASE devote some resources to this problem. Thank you, Don |

I still have not received any notifications since they destroyed the site and stopped caring.

Thank you GreenReader for looking into the issue for us.
As an FYI here is his response. Don - Email notifications are packaged w/ other notifications @ run time. Notifications are scheduled to run every 4 hours, so we don't send out a single email for every notification received. I did verify that notifications were going out for individual messages, but they were not going out for bulk messages from club messages. I have updated this routine and you will get the notification the next time a club message is sent. -Bryan |
