No Response to Trouble Ticket

Dear USHandicap,
I submitted a trouble ticket about the website on March 11th and again on March 17th. Both times I received this email:

We have received your support request. The GolfNet Support Team will respond to your request shortly. For your records your case number is "00083741"

However, after that, nobody has responded to my question. Do you actually support the trouble ticket system? If so, would you kindly respond? There seems to be no way to contact your company other than hopefully this forum.

Call Nancy @ 281-469-0170 I got a similar non-response to the email ticket system, but with a little patience and kindness, Nancy is extremely helpful.

I also have gotten the exact same response. I guess they think that if they send you a response, they have taken care of whatever the problem was. I have pretty much given up on the site. I'll continue to post my scores but I don't expect much. In time, even the handicapping system will also be allowed to just die.
