Ok, it looks like this site is about just two topics right now: Top players and... wedges.
Let's mix them... Who's your favorite wedge player? Please don't forget to indicate: * wedge loft, bounce, groove type * player shoe size, marital status and childhood nickname I'll send a gift to the person with the best answer. Promise. And you're allowed to fight. I mean, there's a prize at stake. Come on. |

Phil Mickelson.Even Tiger has said he's the best.Phil's flop with the 60 with his back to the target is awesome. The only better flop shot artist even close is myself and I practice it a lot.I can flop it in the woods, water, rough and traps as well as any touring pro or prominent amateur.Phil is married, shoe size big,u grooved wedge and known as Lefty.Looking for UPS. Oh yes, I saw the video of that shot! Unbelievable... You should post a video of your flop shots :) |

Lee Trevino was a master with his wedge shots, but it's Phil with his flop shot and Tiger overall imagination

There was a playet out of Massachusetts..lets describe him first, this is his first competition statewide encouraged by the pro at Edgartown C.C. Sleeps in the bunker of the 18th hole of the course the night before the competition, shows up at the tee box dressed in cargo shorts, polo, sneakers and sporting long dreadlocks....lets just say he was the talk of the competition especially after he dismantled the entire field shooting 70, with the next closest in at 77. He did by his unbelievable wedge play learned on a course wih extremely small greens which when missed he needed to learn to master the wedges and the wedge game! His name Tony Jackson!
