As far as Fairways hit and greens in regulation I understand the premise as far as hitting the fairway or green, but what is regulation? Trying to keep a better score espescially with having the access to scores and stats on here so I want to keep track but not sure what I have to keep track of...

Green in regulation comes into play on par 5's and par 4's. On a par 4 green in reg would be on in 2 or better and a par 5 would be on in 3 or better.

Well it does too come into play with Par 3's. That'd be hitting the tee shot on the green in 1.

If you are on a par 3 and you hit onto the "fringe" that does not count as a green in regulation right?

Right.

If you make the putt for Birdie from off the green from the par 3, it's a "2" and it's a ZERO putt! nice...
