Anyone ever dealt with this site? I've recently started getting emails from them and the prices look a little to low to be legit equipment. I emailed them to ask if the equipment was authentic and was responded in broken english saying "yes" but the low prices mixed with the broken chinese english makes me skeptical.

If they're offering a fortune cookie with each purchase, I'd be careful.

Incidentally, you probably already know this, but most knock-offs come from China.

I have not dealt with this site. Most of these guys seem to Chinese knock off dealers. Not copies or clones, but imitation counterfeits. There is a very handy website I use to research websites and emails I don't trust. Try www (dot) ip-adress (dot) com it's free and you get interesting results sometimes. BTW, the spelling I used is correct.
This look-up showes the web host is in Dallas, Texas on Limestone Networks. The site owner or WHOIS then tracks back to our old friend Godaddy (dot) com. They have their own IP lookup. Which traces back to... Well, well, well... not China this time, New Hampshire. Registrant: Tony Ginger 315 Bartlett Street Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801 United States Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http : // www. godaddy. com) Domain Name: GOLFEQUIPONLINE. COM Created on: 17-Apr-10 Expires on: 17-Apr-12 Last Updated on: 11-Apr-11 Administrative Contact: Ginger, Tony golfsales365@ gmail. com 315 Bartlett Street Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801 United States (603) 433-0564 Technical Contact: Ginger, Tony golfsales365 @gmail .com 315 Bartlett Street Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801 United States (603) 433-0564 A quick Google look-up for Mr. Tony Ginger of Portsmouth NH produces a whole lot of traffic, none of it good... Me thinks you would be taking a risk on this site. |

Sometimes you see somethings and it just doesn't seem right. I tried looking them up through the BBB but since they don't have a company name listed i couldn't find them.
So you guys are telling me that i can't buy new R11 irons for $600 less than retail? :) |

So you guys are telling me that i can't buy new R11 irons for $600 less than retail? :) I would not do it Slicer, chances are you will be disappointed shortly after. I bought a knock off Callaway FT-I and loved it for the first 3 or 4 months then I collapsed the face in on it after hitting several buckets of balls and it just totally began seperating. I have the real deal now and have had it for bout 6 month's and I love it! No signs of it coming apart at all and I have hit many, many buckets with it. Here's a couple pics of the knock-off. You can see at the seam just behind the face is where the problem was. |

I have to do a couple of errands in Portsmouth tomorrow. If you'd like, I can take a small detour and give Mr. Ginger a complimentary beatdown! ;D
