I read a great piece in the new Golf Digest last nite by Jaime Diaz about Tiger Woods. The cool thing is ,while it alluded to the obvious events that are in play now,its focus was on the making of the man we know today.
It goes back to age 14 when he was allready well on his way to becoming the persona we've known since he turned pro. Very interesting. |

Don't anybody kid themselves. Tiger is still the rig around the tour. The golf media will go back to kissing his ass sooner rather than later. I can't wait to read this article mojo.

I just finished reading the article and I thought it was well done. No attempt to cover up or play down his issues but instead looking out where he has been and how he might best grow from these troubles. I for one am just hoping he will be back this year, with his full-on competitive golf edge. I love watching him play.

I agree with you on that 100%. You need to read this. It's pretty cool looking back almost 20 years at how he became the way he is. |
