You have got to be kidding me. The next Haney Project is going to feature Rush Limbaugh. Who is the genius that came up with this jackass? I don't want this to get too political, but how is this the best choice? To stir up controversy? The guy is a freakin' bigoted , drug addicted, wife divorcing, complete piece of garbage and now he is front and center on The Golf Channel. From his ridiculous comments about Haiti to the comments on how the media "needs" a black quarterback to do well in the NFL, and the whole "phony soldier" thing. This just really bothers me and I will not contribute to fattening the pockets of this fat pile of shit?

I may be republican, but I really don't see why they did this. To stir up controversy like you said is probably it. I'll still watch, but it will be to just see what one of the best swing coaches in the world can do to a piece of crap instead of getting a good laugh like I did with Barkley and Romano.

Slightly harsh and I don't completely disagree.

But come on, they can't find anyone better than this guy?

Kevin James (Queen of Queens, Mall Cop) would be a good pick.

But I'm strating to wonder if hank can fix anybody? I'd say he's 0 for 2 on the last two.

the shows are fairly entertaining. Rush is contravesrial so it should be interesting. Haney cannot fix the average golfer, as evidenced by the last two shows, but look for more of these since is cash cow is gone! lol

I think the Haney Project is just that, A PROJECT. They should have stopped after Barkley and now I think it is now to see if he can "fix" anything.

I don't think that Hank is helping his reputation as an instructor. He is a good guy and that does go a long way but results are need to keep business going.

Here in Texas, Dallas, where he is based, he's not being affected that bad. I just wonder how he is received elsewhere.

As for Rush, it was kinda out of the bleachers. I would think that they would have gotten someone that is a noted golf enthusiast like before. But Rush has a LARGE following and they know that some of us golf nuts will hang around, just cause. I, on the other hand, am impartial. Just looked at it as a stretch .....

Folks this is entertainment with a little free golf instruction thrown in.

Most of the Hollywood crowd lean WAY left and a lot of them are very vocal when it comes to politics. Charles Barkley has made his share of dumb comments on the topic of sports as well as politics. Should we go to war with the Golf Channel to make sure they only feature people who believe as we do?

Personally, I think one of the great things about golf is that we can rise above that (or at least set it aside) and all enjoy the game.

Fidel Castro and Che Guevara once played a round of golf together so it doesn't matter what your political views are golf is the great equalizer.

Hank Haney is a crap instructor who rode Tiger's coat-tails while ruining his swing. Haney focuses way too much on trying to fir golfers into his system instead of doing what's best for each individual. I think the only reason he left Tiger was so he could quit before he got fired. I think the luster has really worn off Haney's star.

couldn't care who they put on. I watched it with Barckley cause it was funny but they should have stop after that show.

Have you ever seen some of the left-wing drivel those two liberal jackasses Romano and barkley have spouted? Suck it up, or don't watch!
thank you so much for giving me a choice. oh yeah, i already mentioned that i won't be watching. please explain to me how it doesn't matter what a person does or believes in as long as he tees it up and that is supposed to be enough. Che and Castro played a round of golf together, so it's cool. did you hear Adolf Hitler and Ted Bundy were in a scramble last weekend but that's what it's all about right? getting out and improving your short game with a total psycho. so, Haney ruined Tiger? Tiger listened to Haney as much as he did his ex-wife. Tiger screwed up Tiger. he'll be back but the easy answer is to put the blame on someone else. guess what? Haney has been gone for a while and Tiger still can't win jack. it's completely amazing that assholes pardon assholes for being assholes because they share an interest or "hey, i'll watch because it's on The Golf Channel". just remembered since "golf is the great equalizer" then there was never any need to ever go to war over politics and religion, they should have just set a tee time and all would have been right with the world. excuse me for being delusional right now but i am utterly astonished by how many people are completely have lost touch with reality.

my point was it doesn't matter if you are black, white/ democrat,republican/ muslim, jew all that stuff goes away once you step to the tee box because it's you the club and the ball.

barkley was good to watch because his swing was such a trainwreck. it thought ray romano was dull. Limbaugh was obviously chosen just to get a response people that don't like him still listen to his show just so they can get ammo to slam him but they listen never-the-less. golf channel doesn't care why people watch all they care about is people tuning in so they can get more money in ad sales

They are probably hoping that he pulls in people that would not normally watch the Golf Channel

exactly this is just a ploy to get people talking/watching golf channel as american sports ans turn away from golf and towards MLB playoffs and the start of the NFL season. they would haney project osama bin laden if it meant better ratings.
