It would be nice to have a rating system (1-5 holf tees or something) for the Golf Courses. You could have a fairways, greens, management, amenities, price, total expierence ratings plus a comments section. A "rate this course link"
I travel quite often and look forward to a nice round of golf everytime I go out, but have to usually guess at the quality of the course I'm going to hit... |

Great idea. I support this. I usually do research on golf courses before I go on a trip with the clubs. It would have sure helped to know for instance that Wildcat Golf Club in Houston is tough without local knowledge. Great course in great shape but it isnt marked out well, No GPS in cart and No course layout sheets to help you decide where to aim. Lots of blind shots.
Or, one of my favorite courses, Sugartree in Dennis, Texas. I play anytime I'm in the area, but now they are redoing all the greens cause they painted the greens and ruined them. Its out of the way so would be nice to know before I drive there. Anyway, great idea. |
