Removing course from handicap ?

I'm having problems with the handicap tracker.
There are some scores I posted at the beginning of the summer on 9 hole courses that I want to remove now for the purpose of handicap tracking but keep them for stats. However, when I uncheck "Include in handicap?", save, and then go back into that score, it's still checked.
Right now, all my scores are showing that hey're included, and I'm showing 16.0 total rounds and 13.0 USGA rounds

any ideas?
