What is going on whit this site? If I have to log in one more time Im going to post something really rude. I am already frustrated with several things on this site and Im trying to hold it in. Can the mods please add a Remember My Login & Password Button so I dont have to keep loging in. Also, Can the Moderatore please respond to requests so we don't feel like no one is listening. i know all the moderators have jobs and most probably have a second or even third, but a simple "We'll look into it and get back to you" will go a long way.

Thanks. Sorry for the Rant. Its just getting annoying logging in everytime I close the Damn browser.

I use Firefox and it automatically logs me in. Haven't typed my password in months.

Sometimes I go weeks without logging in, others it's every time.

Timothyjack, what are your Internet settings? I'm going to guess that you have them on "Highly Secure" or something similar, depending on your internet browser and/or anti-virus/internet security program(s), of course.

Basically, Stracka keeps you logged in via a "cookie". If your settings are to either A) Refuse all "cookies" or B) Destroy all cookies at the end of a "session" (when you close out your browser, in other words), you will indeed have to log in every time.

I, on the other hand, when I set up my computer, log in once and stay logged in, as I allow cookies from secure sites.

Hope this helps!!

Shaun

My settings are on medium/high. Appropriate for all websites. This is the only site I have to keep logging into. My cookies are fine. All my other online banking accounts are fine. just this site. Not sure what the heck is going on. Happens when Im at work and at home. I must have logged in 15 times today already. It sucks. Btw... I work on computers for a living. I can figure out a solution. I just shouldn't have to. Its easy to have a button on the site to remember my login information. I guess thats asking too much. All i need is a checkbox. A tiny little checkbox. Lol

If you worked on computers I think you'd realize that the tiny little check box you're asking for doesn't really matter. This site already assumes you have that tiny little check box checked and saves cookies for you. It's not asking too much because this site ALREADY saves cookies.

You are mistaken Shep. There is no way my work computer and home computer have cookies turned off. Today has been the worst. Usually I log in once and im good for the day. Maybe even twice, but Today has been something totally different. And that box would still help.

You think it much have anything to do with logging in from multiple computers. Maybe it logs you out of one when you log in from another. Only thing I can think of.

Timothy -

The login auto-remembers you. There is no need for a checkbox. If you don't come back in approximately 3 days, then the cookie expires, and the site "forget's" who you are. At that point, you should have to sign back in.

Sounds like you might have a corrupted cookie. To fix, you will need to clear them out, or delete cookies specific the site.

As confirmed by the mod, I am not mistaken. Adding a checkbox wouldn't fix your problem.

This IS true. If you log in on your work computer while you're logged in on another machine, you'll have to log in again and you could get a similar problem. I know this for fact because when I go home for lunch and want to place bets for lucka, I have to log into the site, even if I was already logged in on my home computer- it kicks me to the login page. When I'm done lunch and I just leave Stracka up on my home machine, I go back to work and have to login again . So make sure you log off on your home PC before you go to work.

Have you tried spin-drying your hard drive?

Is the mesh small enough to catch all the data bits on your inter net?

Did you remember to press the any key?

I know a web site that sells an herbal potion to increase the size of your RAM!
(not that I've ever had a problem in that area)

Two words... Flux Capacitor!!

Don't forget to deoderize your CPU at least once a week.
(if you can C the PU it's been too long)

If these handy tips fail to correct the problem just email your computer to me
and I'll put it on my see-what-I-can-do list. Wrap the data packets carefully,
not responsible for damage in shipment...

Funny, I never have to log on. I just go to my history drop down, click stracka and it pops up. However, i have no idea what my settings are.
