I was double billed for my renewal in Feb, Left at least 10 voicemails and messages on the support tab. Haven't heard a word from anyone. Have had to go through my credit card now to show that this company double bills you. Heads up because its the 2nd time it's happened to me. Check your Credit Cards as they will run is through their site ($29.99) & Apple. They charge tax on Apple ($32.57) site so the two payments don't look the same.

There is no customer service except for the guy Jim that helps on this forum. I tried for over a month to have my subscription canceled. I got billed anyway. I had to do the same as you and get my credit card company involved. I got my money back. It's been 2 months. Still haven't heard back from anybody. They are a joke. Seems fraudulent to me.

There is no customer service except for the guy Jim that helps on this forum. I tried for over a month to have my subscription canceled. I got billed anyway. I had to do the same as you and get my credit card company involved. I got my money back. It's been 2 months. Still haven't heard back from anybody. They are a joke. Seems fraudulent to me. It's a ploy to get more people on the forums. Working great too!!

I have also contacted by credit card company to stop service and dispute the charge
