GolfNet staff...….I'm completing WHS quiz but need to confirm what info is used for Club name and Club ID (assume it's my local club), but also street address and CSZ?

First off thanks for handling this! Your club is visible on your profile: San Antonio Area #017 The USGA club ID is 51201 (I don't know how they expect anyone to know this!) The address is your address. Thanks again! Jim
