I PAID FOR A ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIP WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND HAVE POSTED 5 SCORES. NO HANDICAP APPEARS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? IS THIS SITE A RIP OFF?
