Tiger VS Phil, winner take all 9 Million. on Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 23,2018. The Match will be played at Shadow Creek Golf Course, in Las Vegas. I, bet you this is the easiest $9 million, Tiger will ever make.

Only golf I have not played in Vegas is Shadow Creek. $500 per round!! Ouch

I'll make a prediction in three months because a lot can change between now and then. The state of each guy's game was completely different three months ago, for instance. I'll be watching though. Should be a lot of fun to see them go at it, and get a glimpse at Shadow Creek.
One thing's for sure though. No matter what happens, this Thanksgiving weekend will be kinder to Tiger than 2009 was. |

That's good to know! My enthusiasm for this event is still pretty tepid. If this occurred 15 or so years ago when Tiger and Phil ruled the golf world, I'd have sizable interest. Now, it reeks of a money grab by players exploiting their loyal followers. Reminds me of Guns'n' Roses touring a few years ago and charging ridiculous ticket prices. |

I'd have enjoyed watching a 3 way match. Phil is already complaining about this. Turns out he is not gonna get as much TV coverage as he thought. The network contract states they will show at least every 3rd shot he hits in between showing Tiger walking to his next shot. |
