Can you tell I'm a hometown boy? Yes I can. Are you ready for the Kevin Kolb era there in Philly this season? Overdue to me, what are your thoughts on it? |

NCAA Football- University Of Michigan (Ohio State sucks, Purdue swallows)
NFL- Arizona Cardinals NBA- Phoenix Suns WNBA- Phoenix Mercury MLB- Arizona Diamondbacks (although I grew up watching Cubs) NHL- Phoenix Coyotes -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Phoenix is starting to become a pretty cool sports town. Cardinals- Last 2 years have been the the Western Conf. champs in the national league Suns- Always a threat and making playoffs in the west Mercury- Simply amazing, but are on the verge of loosing there #1 player to international play Diamondbacks- Since winning the world series in 01' they have gone DOWNHILL.. Still draw a big fan base, and hopefully will turn it around Coyotes- Near bankruptcy and saling out to Canada, they turned it around in 09' and posted the teams best season ever and made the playoffs. MICHIGAN- Will always love em, and the program will get turned back around. Since the death of Bo Schembeckler, the program has been hurting. Bo and Woody Hayes (Ohio State) have brought more to college football than anybody. Those games back in the day were simply amazing! |

The NFC West is the weakest division in the league.(Although they're playoff run in 2008 was very impressive.) The Diamondbacks are the worst team in the NL West. (Go Rockies btw. We kicked your asses in the 2007 NLCS.) The Coyotes are about to get sold and the Suns I have nothing bad to say about since they've got Steve Nash. |

NCAA- Florida Gators NFL- Denver Broncos NBA- Denver Nuggets MLB- Colorado Rockies NHL- Colorado Avalanche Soccer- Colorado Rapids and Manchester United Yes.. Phoenix is a cool sports town. Not to mention the Waste Management Open- home of the 16th hole.. 1st course to build an arena around a golf hole. Now that is cool. Need to take a trip out here and play some desert golf, and enjoy some of the best weather in the world. Other than that, Colorado was an expansion team from 93' and AZ in 98'.. our record is far more superior to your Rockies, in less time. Take a look before you answer that. Cardinals Football were in the pits, then they built the new facility out here by my house. Since opening, all games have been sold out, and Cardinals made FORBES magazine (This months issue) as #30 most valuable franchise in sports. Coyotes, since "The Great Gretzky" stepped down, turned it around and showed some guts this last year. That was cool. Diamond backs, like I said, have gone downhill since winning the world series in 01', still making playoffs a couple times afterwards, but they will turn it around. Its a young franchise, and the new owner is smart and baseball "savvy". My final addition to Phx. being a cool sports town is they hold 4 bowl games (2 BCS games) here in town, and are on the rotation for another National Championship game here. 2011 they are gonna host the MLB Allstar game. So yes, all things considered on where Phx. was not 10years ago, to where they are now, and going.. Its pretty cool.. |

The Family Guy joke on the WNBA is unforgettably hilarious. Check it out if you get the chance. And you guys do get the big events so to speak. With it being warmer down there and people less afraid to choke on the high altitude out here it makes perfect sense why Phoenix holds the biggest sports events in the Mountain time zone. |
