No slope and no rating | USHandicap Classic

So I in Europe visiting friends and am playing golf. I want to post some scores but the courses have no slope and rating. I can't post here to keep track of my rounds. Is it not possible to post or what should I do?

Google ;) https://www.usga.org/HandicapFAQ/handi.. I think this is your answer : If no Ratings are available, or if there is not a golf association authorized by the USGA in the area, then this score is not acceptable for handicap purposes.

Google doesn't help stimulate dialogue and conversation. That doesn't really help. I want to post the score as a record I played the course, not necessarily for handicap purposes. Oh well. I get frustrated when I have to quit early and don't finish enough to post rounds myself. There is a 9 hole course that is good and cheap that I enjoy playing with friends and it's not Slope/Rated so I can't / don't post rounds from that course. I don't play it enough to matter, but it kinda sucks cause I've had some good long drives and birdies there that I'd like to remember.

Turns out there is a process. Email US Handicap about the course, take a picture of the official slope and rating when you play at the course, email the documentation to them. They update and now it can be official.
