I have successfully entered at least two rounds on the new system, however, I tried today and the up-and-down and sand saves are acting strange. Previously I clicked once for success and twice for failure. Now I don't know what it is doing. I am using android home computer. Any suggestions? Wiley Carlson

Now it won't even post my score. Disappointed because I have used US Handicap for years and now it is broken on my end. WileyC

I've heard from others that the edit feature isn't working either. You can click on edit but can't change anything.

I am having the same problem. My Up&Down info on my last round is where the Penalty line but the word Penalty isn't there.

Why there isn't a phone number to call is beyond me. Going back and forth with messaging is antiquated.

The easiest way to contact us is to submit a support request. On the left side menu (click the top left logo if using the mobile app), choose App Support, then choose Support / FAQs, then click the blue Support Request button. Customer Service is in the office from 8:00-5:00 Eastern; any emails we get will be replied to quickly. After hours there will be a delay.
You may also send an email to networksupport@golfnet.com.

I am having the same problem. My Up&Down info on my last round is where the Penalty line but the word Penalty isn't there.
It looks like you didn't have any penalty strokes in that round so the row is omitted from the score details.

The powers that be took down the phone number from our various sites years ago. And to be honest, working through emails works quite well.
But honestly it's not that hard to find out there...
