I declare that I SHOULD have declared one of my rounds at Wyncote. But I didn't.

I don't think you should worry, the way you're playing you'll be in the 60's in no time.

Rules question: if we declare an 18 hole round but get rained out after 9 (or any hole after the 9th) do we submit a 9 hole score and then use the first 9 holes from our next 18 just posting that 18 as 2 9's? I'm looking at that possibility for Saturday if I declare it. Weather doesn't look good.

Correct. If you play at least 9, but not a full 18 of a declared 18-hole round, you post your 9-hole score, which would count. Then you would declare another round to complete your 9 holes, which would be the first nine you played.

Let's make this easy. Got my home course club championship this week, so I'll declare those rounds. Was supposed to start today, but round 1 is postponed to tomorrow.

    Both at Neshanic Valley:
    Round 1: Sunday 8/5
    Round 2: Saturday 8/11

77, because anything 78 or more and you won't post hole by hole or stats.

If you'd hit more greens, you'd make more pars.
