No Superbowl comments???

Is Brady the best QB ever? Most likely.

Bill the best coach ever? Most are saying yes.

Was last nights game the best Superbowl ever? As far back as I can remember! Minus the half time show.

Scott, don't be a hater!

Yes and No. A lot of luck was involved. From the second 2-point conversion that hardly made it over the line (and wasn't reviewed) to the win of the coin toss for the OT, coupled with the stupid rule that a touchdown ends it without giving one chance of a drive to the other team, I'd say, the Pats really got lucky, but yes it was a great game.

He is not the GOAT.
He is a cheater and that is unlikely to change. Please place an * next to his name.
Not the best comeback ever, but perhaps the greatest choke ever.

My opinion, the play of the game was a few minutes left in the 3rd Qtr. Pats try the onside kick and it fails. Add 5 yards and Falcons start drive at 40 yard line with a 3 score lead. First Down play is a 9 yard slant. Falcons are 2nd and 1 at the 30 yard line and #70 commits a Holding penalty on a 1 Yard run play. Ball goes back 10 yards and the next play is a sack. Falcons go from 2nd and 1 at the 30 to 4th Down punt from the other side of the 50. #70 also committed the Hold on the possession after Ryan took the sack when in field goal range near the end of the game. He cost the Falcons 2 field goal tries when all they needed was another 3 points.

Hmm, funny how there were no holding calls on the Pats when you can clearly see the same thing happening on the other side of the field ....

Luck ?!? I call it the refs trying not to make it look as obvious as they did in the AFC championship game ....

Best QB ever ? No ....
Best coach ever ? No ....
Are they the best cheaters ever ? Absolutely !

Best Super Bowl ever ? Not even close . . . . unless, of course, you are a Patriots fan ....

I'm so disgusted that I might give up watching football altogether.
Let's see, you're up by 8 pts, there's less than 6 minutes left, you run the ball to the 20 yd line .... what do you do next ? All of us simpletons watching at home know ! Two more running plays to eat up some clock, kick a field goal, and you are Champions.

Wait, I have a better idea .... let's call a passing play ! Oops, that didn't work. Why don't we try it again ?

It was the best 4th quarter in the game's history. The first 3 quarters weren't anything special. It was like the first 3 quarters of the Seattle-Denver game a few years ago. It only picked up in the 4th because Kyle Shanahan, who went to my high school (Cherry Creek represent!) called the worst plays imaginable. This game would have been over after Julio's divine catch that put them in field goal range. 3 runs and a field goal later, it's a 31-20 game and game set match. Instead he throws on 2nd and 3rd, takes them out of field goal range, and they subsequently lose.

T.O.P is where it was won and lost. Atlanta's defense was straight murdering Brady until they got exhausted because Shanahan's play calls were the worst possible plays to call given the circumstances. When New England won the coin toss in OT, I knew it was over because they were absolutely gassed.

Belichick can go to hell for saying they're already 5 weeks behind all the other teams for 2017. Enjoy the win and STFU. Yes he's the best coach ever and Brady is the best QB ever, but they have been the beneficiary of some tampering, the tuck rule, Pete Caroll, and now Kyle Shanahan.

I live in MA. and am a long time,(1960),Pats Fan.
I agree that it was one of the most exciting games I have ever watched and is right up there with the Giants vs Colts Game in 59(?)that put Pro Football in prime time tv.
I have heard people talk/remark about it being the greatest comeback of all time. Definitely in the Super Bowl but not in all sports. I will take the Red Sox coming back from down 3 to the Yankees in a best of 7 series any day as the most improbable comeback ever!
I can't remember the score of the Buffalo Bills comeback with Frank Reich at QB, but I believe that the score of that game was spectacular as well.

I do think Belicheat is the best coach ever. Brady I believe is a system QB made by Belicheat. NOt saying he wont go down as an all time great but he doesnt stike me as overly talented when u watch him play live. the game was good but it was more lost by Atlanta than a great come back by NE.

I don't think there is a good argument against Belichick being the best coach ever. Maybe not a great argument against Brady.

The only consistent aspect of all 5 championships is Bill and Tom. That is freaking amazing. They also just won a Super Bowl without Gronk.

Best Super Bowl ever...no. The first half sucked.

Best Super Bowl may have been Rams vs Titans and coming up a half yard short.
I would also take Seattle's INT ending.

"I’m sure you already know this, and are dealing with haters by retreating even further into the miserable, defensive arrogance you perfected long ago. That little THEY HATE US BECAUSE THEY F*CKIN’ AIN’T US routine has always been a hilariously transparent cover for your eternal need to be adored. It’s actually the one thing that does make you unique among sports fans. You’re no tougher or more loyal than other sports fans, even though you constantly pretend otherwise, but you are historically needy and insufferable, so I’ll give you that.

You are scum.

You are the sorest winners God ever created, and last night will make you even worse. It’s a lock. This will only make you louder and dumber. You are the franchise of Marky Mark (he left early… NAWT A TRUE FAN), Dana White, and Donald Trump. You are proof that karma is a great lie; that the universe is randomly ordered and sometimes great things happen to truly awful people. Once the Patriots pulled to within eight, it was obvious (except to me, because I was drunk and thought the Falcons would be smart enough to run the ball) that the Patriots would come all the way back and then win, because God is sickening in his cruelty. It was like watching a puppy get its skull crushed."

I've read this before. EVERYONE I know would gladly have their favorite team be in the position the Patriots are in.

I put money on the pats to win afterthe super bowl last year. Headed to Vegas next month to do it again.

Haters gonna hate.
