We need to get a big competitive tournament system going?

Like I stated earlier...we are going to try the four majors style tournaments...they will all be weekend tournaments and handicapped...The more people we can get the more the courses will donate as prizes...Also, I will try to find some sponsorships for the tournament.  I have started a list of people who said they are definately in for the tournaments... I would like to do a points system as well for the tournaments played...like the fed ex cup...Any ideas?
