Lucky enough to get out again today and the weather couldn't have been better, mid 70's and sunny. I started well, making par on the first 4 holes in a row, then bogeyed the #2 handicap hole, it's a long par 5, next a par and then wouldn't ya know it I bogey the last 3 holes to shoot a 40. The second 9 was a little shaky to start but made a few good pars and birdied the last hole to shoot a 40. I'll take an 80, it's not bad but I would like to have my two 3 putts back, that is a killer. That is two stokes right there. All and all a wonderful day on the course.

5/26/2009 12:25:37 PM I think we all probably come off of the course thinking about those few shots we "should" have made. Take notes and remember those shots and practice them. Did you miss short putts on the 3-putts or have bad lag putts? I always go through my rounds and think about those few shots and what I could have done differently! The great thing is with golf you figure that part of the game out and something else will go wrong and you'll have something new to work on :) have bad lag putts? 5/25/2009 9:12:58 PM I played today too. I didn't post it because didn't play straight up golf. Take the 80. Learn from what you did and didn't do and plan for the next round. |

5/22/2009 7:59:24 AM Take it; enjoy the 80. One thing about us golfers, sometimes we are not just satisfied and got to have better holes. Well, they come and go, its the name of "golf". Good game, thanks for sharing. |
