Golf in Wisconsin is something special... For instance I golfed on Saturday and it was 70* and sunny, then I had an outing on Sunday it was 40* and windy.
This means for a golfer in Wisconsin you have to build a swing that transfers from parkas to short-sleeves. Touch doesn't matter as much as the temperature of the ball and the frost on the green.

This time of the year in Wisconsin, I would have to guess on the cold and windy day because you are not use to playing on great weather days.
