12/17/2008 6:59:07 AM iPhone GPS apps are coming out for around $10 bucks. Haven't tried them yet but I would think they'll only get better over time. Here are a couple of sites: http://www.viewti.com/ http://www.golfmapz.com/ pz.com/ |

12/16/2008 9:05:00 AM Does anyone know if any of the GPS manufacturers are planning on combining a road GPS with a Golf GPS. It is all the same underlying technology. I don't see why I ought to buy two different devices. |

12/15/2008 11:30:31 PM I have an iGolf Neo and absolutely love it. For $150 you can't beat it. The fee to download is around $30 a year or maybe a little mroe, but you can save the downloaded courses to your computer and don't have to download them again. I love this GPS unit!don't have to download them again. I love this GPS unit! |

12/14/2008 5:33:40 AM I have the skycaddie 2.5 which is the least expensive at $270.00. Still very nice. My favorite feature is that you can mark your ball at the tee box, and again where your ball ends up and it will give you the exact yardage. Perfect for people that are not sure how far they hit certain clubs. The bad part is that you may find that you don't necessarily hit it quite as far as you hope to. It was in my case anyway;-) you the exact yardage. Perfect for people that are not sure how far they hit certain clubs.
