Ok I am sitting around at work today and you all know what I was doing. Thats right I was sitting at the computer typing on Stracka. Well I was having a conversation with Duckhunter and I told him that I was going to go to the driving range because I was not busy at work so I was going to sneak out. It was noon here in Virginia and about 45 degrees out side. the weather man said that it felt like 35 degrees though and man was he right it was cold. I called Momma on the phone and told her I was going and asked if she wanted to come with me and she said yes. This is where I started to think about things. I started to think that I was pretty lucky. most guys wifes are not going to go out in 45 degree weather to hit golf balls at the range. Anyway I go home and pick her up and we head off to the driving range. Half way there she turns to me and says "Why don't we just play around" WHAT!!! Its cold outside and you want to go play around of golf. I could not believe what I was hearing. Of course I will go play I don't mind the cold (usually). We get to the course and she runs in and asks if we can go out and the guy said sure since we were one of the only crazy people on the course. So we head out to the first tee and I decide that I am going to play off her tees and only shoot with my irons that way it will be a little faster and I will get a chance to work on my irons. Well to shorten this story out we got to the 13th hole(we started on 10) and it started snowing. Yes it started snowing. The wind was kicking about 20-25 knots its now about 40 degrees its snowing and I am playing golf with my wife because she wanted to play around rather then just hit balls on the driving range. Here is where I had the revalation. MY WIFE HAS LOST HER MIND. She is ADDICTED and she can not talk her way out of it I have created a monster and there is no going back. Thank god we decided to stop after nine but we did finish the nine. Do not let her tell you anything about being addicted because she is just as gone as the rest of us......I am a lucky man...........
