So I am enjoying a round yesturday with my boys and I hit a terrible shot into a tree. I shook it off and went to the ball and lined up for the green. I was about 120 out and I hit a beautiful shot right into another tree. Now I am getting a little frustrated so as I am walking to my ball did I mention that it went into the fairway of the other hole well as I am walking to my ball the next foursome is coming up the fairway. I know where my ball is because I watched it land in the middle of their fairway. I thought that I would be polite and make sure that it was not theirs because I hate it when somebody hits my ball because they are not paying attention. Anyway I ask the guys if they all saw their balls and one of them thought that the ball that I new was mine was his even though all his friends said that he did not hit it in the fairway. His buddies are all looking in the trees for his ball and he is still arguing that this was his. Now normally I would not give up so easily but I had my boys with me and I did not want to set a bad example so I dropped a ball and told the guy to just play the ball. I finished out my hole an dwatched the guy play out his. This guy could not hit a fairway if his life depended on it. he stayed in the trees hacking it all the way up the hole. anyway please watch where your ball is going and pay attention its not hard. just wanted to get that off my chest.
