10/2/2008 8:27:08 AM Hey thanks. Ill post it as suggested. It was just so frustrating to play a course that makes you feel good about life and then shoot so badly. It was the second hole, a par three that they lengthened considerably, which did me in. Didn't shake off the bad hole and it followed me throughout the round. |

10/1/2008 7:59:33 PM Doesn't the handicap system only use the best 10 of the last 20 scores or something like that? Also, it take's into account "disaster holes"(Esc) and limits the total stroke for those holes. So, if you have 10 better scores, I'm not sure it will even calculate this score anyway. Then on the other hand, I may be totally wrong here, in which case, I agree with cobraplayer9, at least it will help in tracking your GIR's, FIR's and Putts. Then you can see where you need to work on your game. You can always delete it later when you post some better scores and your handicap will be adjusted accordingly then. Besides, it makes us high handicappers feel better to see some bad scores from others!!! ;-) |

10/1/2008 6:06:10 PM In my opinion, I would record it and have it applied to my handicap so that I'm true to myself and can see over time whether I'm getting better or worse. If you leave out the bad scores, your handicap will not be a true measurement of your overall game, which we all know our overall game includes both good, reasonable, and crappy round, and in the end you only hurt yourself. |
