Right on cue, the Riverside venue was formally opened with prayer. It is a blessing to be able to play golf. And to do it with our friends and as frequently as we do is surely a blessing. Mike Taylor got the fellowship in sync in the prayer circle. Everybody was covered whether you were on the scene, or not on the scene. The fellowship ended the prayer with a united, Amen!
We play golf as a club every Wednesday. Our venues are open to all golfers; just send an email or text message to RSVP. Include your full name, venue, your pace of play and your game entry preference in the message. We do not have membership dues or player fees. Golfers may elect to enter some, none, or all competitions. Our core values include, but are not limited too the following:
The weather cleared to a wonderful day. The 2019 Club Championship got the first points on the board with this week's play. It was week two of the regular season; the first week was cancelled due to the weather. This year's Club Championship has been condensed to a 22 week series. View the schedule to see the the planned itinerary. Be sure to play to earn regular season points, major venue points, closet to pin points, and even hole-in-points.
We played our regular Birdie Seekers' format, which is multiple Flighted Average Stroke Low Net (ASLN), Blind Draw, multiple Skins, and Closest-to-Pin (CTP) games. The entire field is always automatically in the CTP; no entry fee is required for the CTP competition. The Skins quorum was two Skins per hole this week. golfers were enrolled in the ASLN (net) competition, 26 golfers entered the Skins game, and 26 golfers were declared eligible for the Blind Draw competition. The Calcutta action this week; Gilbert Moses carried Bobby Ingram's Net and Blind Draw.
As a field we posted 26 birdies and 172 pars at Riverside Golf Course. The Skins D.O.A. report was rich this week. The final tally was 19 D.O.A.; they were posted on holes #1, #2, #3, #9, & #16.

Congratulations to each of our competition prize winners in each leaderboard category! See the individual results on the leader-board and Blind Draw table on this page. ASLN prizes were awarded to the 1st thru 3rd placed golfers in the A, B, and C flight. The Blind Draw quorum allowed prizes for the 1st thur 4th placed teams composed of 3 golfers; "A" was the combination drawn this week at the point of validation.
