• ELIGIBILITY:  SAGC Members with a valid USGA Handicap Index and Non-SAGC Members with verifiable valid USGA Handicap Index
• TEAMS: Each team MUST have at least one SAGC member on the team.
• COST: $46 (plus tax) (Riding) + $10 Prize Fund
• NOTE:  COURSE IS CART PATH ONLY.  Cost will be cheaper if you are walking.

• If your partner is NOT a SAGC member, please provide information as to where his/her Handicap Index can be verified

• Greens Fees will be paid directly to the Pro Shop upon arrival
• Prize Fund of $10 must be paid in advance by either check or PayPal and must be received not later than Wednesday, November 9, 2016

• After completion of your round, scorecard will be turned in to Bruce
• Prizes and contests monies will be given out after the last the last scorecard is received
  

• Chapman System
• Handicap index as of November 1, 2016 will be used for computations.
• Team Course Handicap will be determined as follows: The team member with the lower course handicap gets 60% of that number while the team member with the higher course handicap gets 40% of that number and the result of each computation is added together to obtain the team course handicap.
• Fractions of 0.1 - 0.4 will be rounded down and fractions of 0.5 - 0.9 will be rounded up to obtain a whole number for the Team Course Handicap.
• The team with the lowest net score will be declared the winner.
• In the event of a tie, places will be determined per USGA Appendix I Part C Section 10.  

• Standard USGA Rules will apply except as stated below.
• Both team members will hit an initial tee shot on each hole.
• Both team members will play their partner's ball for the second shot. 
• The team then decides which ball to play for the third shot and the ball not chosen is picked up.
• The player whose second shot was NOT chosen will play the third shot.
• The team will play Alternate Shot until the ball is holed out.
• If a penalty stroke is incurred, then it will NOT count as a shot played by a player. For example, Player A playing the team's third shot hits the ball into a water hazard. A penalty stroke is incurred and team's fifth shot is played by Player B.
