For anyone else playing here for the first time. I haven't done this in awhile but I wanted to get a little prep work in for the upcoming V-Tour here. Took advantage of the Groupon info posted on our club page and will be playing here with a few friends.
The course has a very useful website with a pdf score card and hole-by-hole overview of it's own.
Played on Saturday 8/22/15. Great day, beautiful weather and shot a career round to boot! Greens had obviously been punched earlier in the week and were still very bumpy. Tee boxes and fairways are in good shape, lots of clumpy crab grass in the rough and around the greens, the bunkers are awful... I don't think they have been groomed all season, almost unplayable. Deer flies were viscous!
Nice little watering hole across the road for post round enjoyment. Ask to see the wine list, you can purchase their own label wines for very reasonable prices right over the bar. There was a guy playing a saxophone while we were there, added a nice classy ambiance which was only slightly diminished by the very large Moose head watching over us!

Longish start to the round, the center fairway bunker is in play. It almost looks like it can be carried but that just might not be the best way to get you round off on the right foot...

The sperm bunker is all but unplayable... You need a solid drive to high right on the fairway to even have a look at the green. The tree on the island does a good job of blocking out anything short. We did enjoy snacking on a few grapes near the tee box however, very tasty!

Never have been a huge fan of split fairways... Again avoid the bunker, it's not very friendly!

Heads up on the cart path if the group in front of you is still on the tee! Another hole that wants a solid tee shot to have a look at the green.

From the tee box it doesn't look like there is that much room but there is plenty of fairway and it's just not that long of a hole.

There is nothing on the course that I'd consider as a narrow fairway but this may come the closest. Mostly just because you really do need to get some distance to have a mid iron to the green.

Elevated tee box, watch out for the group in front if you catch it on the sweet spot...

Finish in style! Plenty of room to bang a big tee shot, just keep the next one away from the very reachable pond. Made my par and did my happy dance!!
All in all a pretty good round. Didn't think much of the conditions, pace of play was fine. I think I would have had a bad taste in my mouth if I'd paid full price! Would love to see this course if it was all cleaned up. It really is a pretty good layout, lot's of fun to play.
