Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, paid $12.2 million for a house in Seminole Landing near North Palm Beach, Fla., the Palm Beach Post is reporting.

Nordegren, 30, and the couple's two children are set to move into the house within the next few weeks, the paper said in an online story.

The story cites the website of the county’s property appraiser’s office which shows the two-story home, built originally in 1932, boasts 17,178 square feet, eight bathrooms and a 4,700-square-foot basement.
Nordegren will reportedly be paying about $300,000 in yearly property taxes.

Last week, in his monthly newsletter, Woods said he is getting ready to move into his Jupiter, Fla., home for which he reportedly paid $60 million after renovations. Woods' property sits on 10 acres and has a 10,000-square-foot mansion as well as its own practice facility.

The two properties are 10 miles from each other, the paper said
