Purchased the Corza Ghost a few weeks back. After playing 4 rounds with it I am really starting to like it.
All of the alignment issues discussed in other reviews are absolutely true. This is the easiest putter to line up. I feel very confident over 3-8 foot putts, which is why I bought it. With my old putter I never did feel confident about my alignment. Now I know it is probably my read (Speed and Line) that is off, not my alignment. It is also easy to tell of you miss hit the putt.
I was worried that I wouldn't like the softer feel of the Ghost, but my lag putting is better than I expected. I use a TM TP Red LPD ball. So it is a softer ball as well. I love the feel over all. It is a bit pricy, but I would highly suggest thish putter to those in the market. My last round I only hit 5 greens and shot a 79. Although I still missed a few short ones, I felt like this putter really helped me break 80. I got up and down 4 times in a row at one point. I was playing on bent grass greens with subtle breaks, that are not always easy to read. Once I get a little bit more comfortable with this putter, I think i'll be knocking in almost everything inside of 5 feet on easier greens.

1/7/2011 3:24:48 PM Still loving this putter....I see they have now come out with a similar style driver the R11. It might be worth a try. I very happy with my Cobra Speed X, so I probably won't change soon. If any of you try the R11 post about it. |
