Ok guys the voting was counted and having the Fun Event on a weekend and the "Remove and Replace" Format was the outcome.

So on Saturday August 21st we will be having our first Fun Event @:

(9 Holes , Par 36) - The 9-hole "Indian Springs" course at the Indian Springs Golf Club facility in Middlefield, CT was designed by Al Zikorus and opened in January of 1964.

Cost will be $45 per player and includes 18 holes with a Cart. You will pay at the course when you arrrive.

It will be Tee Times starting @ 12:30 and the format will be "Remove and Replace". Here is how it will work.

This is a 9 Hole Track and we will be playing it twice for 18 Holes. You will pick 11 clubs (Putter Counts) to play the event with. You will play hole # 1 with the 11 clubs then after each hole you will REMOVE one club....(we will have colored tape to mark removed clubs with). So by #9 you will play with 3 clubs......Then at the turn you will play #1 with those 3 clubs and then after each hole you will REPLACE a club back (By removing the colored tape) and by #9 you will play that hole with the 11 clubs you started with. Should be fun and some stradegy involved.

We will have first place and Second Place "A" and "B" Player.

Please let me know ASAP if you would like to play; the deadline to get back to me will be August 13th so I can let the course know how many members will be attending. Also let me know if you would like to play together with another player in your foursome. I will let you know pairings and tee times before event; but would like everyone there by 12:00.
