Target score is a measure that the SFGT 2010 is using and I have just calculated it for trial purposes.
Target Score = course rating + course handicap (calculated to 2 decimal places)
Net Target Score = Gross Score - Target Score
Members of the SJ & SE PA Private Golf Club can begin play starting April 1st and must play there round by Midnight April 18th.
He/She who scores worst will win a "special" prize.....
Rules:
3.4.5. You must post a course and date ahead of your tee time to the blog.
3.4.6. After the round you must post your score and the slope/rating for your tees to the blog.
Declaration Sample: "I am going to be playing Pitman Golf Course on August 15th and my handicap is 13.3."
Round Info Sample: "I played Pitman on 8/15. From the blue tees. Score: 83, Slope:118, Rating: 69.4 and Handicap 13.3. Link: http://www.ushandicap.com/golfers/score_details.asp?id=8320725 "

4/19/2010 5:34:16 PM I just posted my scores from Indian Springs on 4/17. Shot a 93 from the white tees. Slope 122, rating 69.1 and a handicap of 17.7. |

4/16/2010 5:01:14 PM Reluctantly I did use the Pink Noodle...And had the best round of my career!!!! While it wasnt very long - it ALWAYS went straight. I chipped and putted very well - had no "blow up" holes, and had a couple of birdies. Im looking for good things for the rest of the season. Really happy with the progression of my game and all the practice this winter paid off! Good luck suckas!!!!!! I played Pitman on 4/16. From the blue tees.
