It was a great site this afternoon at my golf course. I am the Director of Instruction at Azalea City GC in Mobile, AL. There were three PGA pros, giving three individual lessons, and we were all on the chipping green teaching short game.

Our head professional was teaching his daughter, I had one of my regular junior students, and another PGA Professional that teaches there had one of his junior students. I made a joking comment to our head pro's daughter, that she doesn't need to worry about the short game, it isn't important. Her dad laughed, and commented back, "look where we are all teaching right now".

We all profess the importants of short game, begging our students to practice chipping and putting more than they practice the long game. Today was a really great site. Three PGA Professionals, co-workers, and friends, all teaching juniors this great game, and all teaching the importance of the short game. A GREAT LESSON FOR ALL!!
