First I'd like to say that I'm excited to join this golf club, this is the first time I've actually had an official handicap. I do have a question about rule 6 though.

What is the vTour? Also will there be any club tournaments to satisfy the requirement in rule 6?

Section 6.
The USGA requires you play at least 3 rounds with another member in the club. This includes the tournament round you are required to play in. The vTour can count as your tournament round and is free to play. Please make sure you check the yes box when you play with another club member.

Is anyone interested in having a flighted tournament on August 20? If we get 72 golfers to respond by July 30 I'll set up a shotgun start tournament hopefully at one of the Alamo Trail courses unless someone else has a recommendation.

Woodlake Golf Course in San Antonio is offering 2 year memberships for $190 on Mon-Fri unlimited play green fee; or 2 year membership at $371.00 for Mon-Fri and weekends. I think this is a pretty good deal. What are your thoughts? if this interests you; I suggest you act quickly. I joined and opt'ed for the full unlimited play for 2 years...costed me $371.49. Two (2) years for that price...priceless!!!
