Dear Handicap Chair:
Thank you for your continued support of the USGA Handicap System™. Your role as a
Handicap Chair is critical to the effectiveness of the System and we are appreciative of the
time and care you take to serve in this capacity. This letter serves to remind you that the
term of your license agreement under the USGA Handicap System Licensing Program for
Clubs™ expires December 31, 2017. In addition, this letter is intended to introduce several
changes to the USGA Handicap Licensing Program that will be implemented beginning in
January of 2018.
With its role as the national governing body for golf in the United States, one of our core
functions is to assure the integrity in each area of governance that we oversee, including the
Rules of Golf and the USGA Handicap and Course Rating Systems. We have recently

Hi everyone! I just joined US Handicap because I have been working on and improving my game and I want to have accurate recording of scores and find new people to play with. I live in Coral Springs and I like to play during the week in the morning.

I'm always up for a round. Let me know if you want to play. I have been enjoying Osprey Point in Boca, Carolina club and Woodlands.
