If anyone in this group is interested in playing in the Oro Valley Amateur Championship, even though the registration says you need a GHIN, contact the organizer directly and he'll get you signed up based on your handicap in this group.

I just joined this club in April and need to play games with club members to maintain my membership. I usually have Tuesdays and Fridays off work, so if you're up to playing let me know, either by email: beenge10@gmail.com or by text at
    5520-850-8357.
    Thanks

My wife works in surgery and I am a retired ff paramedic so I am familiar with shoulder problems. I think they are one of the worst to come back from but also one of the ones that you really push yourself on because it is so painful if you don't and it's use is so missed. Glad you are back. Just played my first complete game, after complete shoulder
replacement. Felt good to be out again after three months,

Joined this club while of the road traveling this summer. Now at home in Tucson. Does this club have anything going i.e. club sponsored event etc? Would like to establish some friends with whom to play and tournaments in which to play to meet the USGA requirements. So, what gives?

Does someone know if there are any vTour events scheduled for the Tucson Golf Club? I just joined, so maybe I'm not looking in the right place. I tried to email the Chairman, but it said I couldn't send the message. I can help organize a tourney if anyone else is interested. Thanks.

Would golfers here really want an official USGA Handicap? If so, just one member of this club needs to do is become the Chairman by volunteering and taking a simple online Handicap Seminar and quiz. Everything else is done for you except for arranging a Tournament or two throughout the year (as required by the USGA rules for compliant clubs) in the nearby area. Also the Chairman also gets a membership upgrade to Gold. Think it over!
