Who verifies our handicaps when applying for USGA tournaments? Also what is the phone number for that individual?

Anyone in the club participating in the annual "National Get Together" (NGT) 2015? It's here in Orlando and they are playing some good courses for cheap. Metrowest today...Orange Lake (both on Saturday) and then Mystic Dunes on Sunday! Great bunch of guys from around the country.
This club should be more active with plenty of courses around here.

I'm looking to find a regular game on the weekends and I live in Clermont. I usually play at Arlington Ridge, Kings Ridge, and Green Valley but any course(s) within 25 miles is fine. I don't mind playing with any skill level I am an 18 handicap Send me a message and we'll tee it up!

Planning to play a round as part of the vTour event that's currently in progress this Friday, 12/23...will play anywhere locally - Magnolia Plantation, Timacuan, Red Tail, Orange County National...anyone else interested?

New to Stracka.com...has anyone in the "Orlando West" club actually put any groups ogether; any tournaments planned? I'm in South Seminole County (Apopka/Altamote Springs); looks like very little activity on here; is everyone here basically to get an official USGA handicap without belonging to a private golf club?

P.S. here is what is noted:(1) Represents 9 hole round waiting another 9 hole round to be applied to handicap.

I have 2 full rounds listed toward my handicap index. however, one course was 2 different 9 holes. Why is one 9 hole course not being applied toward my complete round. The usga completed rounds has me down for 1.5, when it should be 2 full. please help. down for 1.5, when it should be 2 full. please help.
