I finally got to play East Lake in Atlanta yesterday and man did I stink it up! I am a nine and I shot 97. I wanted to walk away with a lot of good memories from a great golf course but I have very few. Course was in really good shape, and walking with the caddis was a nice treat. Well maby next time?

probably gonna play robert trent short at 8am sunday 4/7/13 and then maybe/try to catch a sunday twilight or 9 holes at the valley after I finish officiating some aau bball at pelham hs around 4pm that day, anybody interested let me know

I just recently moved to B'ham 2 weeks ago and am hoping to join the club. I actually have a tournament this weekend that requires a USGA handicap and was hoping that my latest posts can be approved so that I receive an official handicap. I know that club memebers have no way of knowing the integity of my scores but I can assure you that they are legitimate. Hope that an exception can be made and my recent scores be revised by Friday. Thanks.

Fall Friendly Roll Call... Our club is over 50 members! All of us enjoy the ability to get our handicaps as a result of Birmingham #372. Take some time over the next month and email someone in the club who you haven't met. It can be away to break the ice among us and maybe forge some new golf games as a group.

If you haven't had a chance to play with other members, even if just on a few ocasions, your missing a great opportunity. So, email someone and make a new friend. Play golf together when possible and it will insure your place in the club. Oh...and have fun!
