All,
I played in a charity event last week and our foursome shot low round for the backside and now two of us are headed to Las Vegas to play in a tournament there as a result.

One of the requirements is the following:
"All players must present a USGA certified handicap card or a note, signed by their country club professional, stating handicap prior to the opening round. All Handicaps will be verified two weeks prior to the National Final event."

I can print the card from here, correct, but...how does the signing part happen?! Thanks ahead of time.
